1.1 "Brooks Run Club", "BRC", or "the program" is the rewards program of Brooks Running AU and NZ that gives members access to benefits per the conditions of the program.
1.2 You must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand to become a member of BRC.
1.4 The BRC program and these Terms and Conditions may be modified, updated at any time with or without notice. If you remain signed up to or continue to use your BRC membership after we change these Terms & Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms & Conditions.
1.6 The intent of the BRC program is to reward our loyal customers. BRC reserves the right to remove any member from the program and remove all the metres in their account if it is deemed that the member is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Brooks Running AU's sole discretion.
1.7 "Members" refers to any individual who signs and is a member of the BRC rewards program. Each member must have only one BRC account.
1.8 "Activities" include an action taken by a member as part of BRC.
1.9 "Metre" or "Metres" are accumulated by members by performing activities as outlined in these terms and conditions. Metres can be pending, active or expired.
1.10 "Status" refers to the level of the BRC rewards program that a member is in. The different status levels are Blue, Silver, and Gold.
1.11 "Benefits" include but is not limited to any vouchers, offers, bonuses or gifts given to the Members based on their Status.
1.12 All currency values listed in these terms and conditions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
1.13 "Our Website" means www.brooksrunning.com.au.
1.14 "We", "Us", or "The Promoter" is Texas Peak Pty Ltd, 30 Tullamarine Park Rd, Tullamarine VIC 3043. ABN 70 055 241 248
2.1 You can join BRC and become a member by registering for a BRC account on our website on this page (www.brooksrunning.com.au/register).
2.2 You must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand to join BRC and receive any of the program's benefits.
2.3 All BRC benefits (vouchers, offers, etc) can be used or redeemed only on our website (www.brooksrunning.com.au) and only to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
2.4 Members can only earn metres for Activities made on or in relation to our website, unless specified otherwise (such as event check-in, refer a friend).
2.5 Members must be over the age of 18 to join BRC, or you must have your parent or guardian's approval to join. Your parent or guardian will need to read these Terms & Conditions. We will assume, if you are under 18 when you join, that you have complied with these requirements.
2.6 BRC benefits apply to both Australian and New Zealand customers unless specified otherwise. Shipping and Returns related benefits may only be available to Australian customers.
3.1 Members of the program earn metres by performing Activities (such as signing up, purchase, reviewing products, and more).
3.2 BRC Metres do not have any value of their own, but accumulating metres can help you upgrade or advance your status and unlock the benefits of that the status. Metres can be pending, active, or expired.
3.3 Metres may show as pending for up to 30 days after completing an activity. Club Status achievement is applied once metre goal is confirmed.
3.4 Metres expire 12 months after the activity by which you earned/collected them, this includes time when they are pending.
3.5 BRC status is calculated based on cumulative active metres achieved over the past 12 months.
3.6 Members won't be downgraded and will maintain their status if their total metres (active metres and pending metres) are above the required level.
3.7 All the Activities, Benefits, and Status levels of BRC are listed in these Terms and Conditions.
3.8 Metres may take up to 24 hours after the activity to reflect in your BRC account.
The list of activities that members can perform to collect metres is as follows:
4.1 Sign up to the program - 500 metres. You will receive this bonus one time only.
4.2 Purchase: You will earn metres per $ spent online on brooksrunning.com.au only. Metres earned from purchases may be pending for up to 30 days from the day of purchase. Metres are only earned on the $ amount spent and not on amount paid using vouchers, or discounted amounts, etc. The earn rate for purchase is as follows:
Full price items: 10 metres per $1 spent
Sale items: 5 metres per $1 spent
4.3 Complete your profile: 500 metres - Members can earn this bonus one time only.
4.4 Review a purchase online. The review must be approved for the member to receive these metres. Metres earned from reviews may be pending for up to 7 days. Members will be able to get this bonus a maximum of 4 times in a calendar year.
Blue: 200 metres
Silver: 300 metres
Gold: 400 metres
4.5 Refer a friend: 500 metres. This activity is considered complete only after the member's friend signs up to the BRC. Members will be able to earn this bonus a maximum of 4 times in a calendar year. Metres earned from referrals may be pending for up to 14 days.
4.6 Check in at a Brooks event: 400 metres.
4.7 Qualify for a status upgrade - Get a boost of 500 metres
5.1 Status is calculated based on the number of active metres (collected in the last 12 months) in your account.
5.2 Your Status is valid for 12 months (the status period) and will not be downgraded before then. You can however upgrade to a higher status level before the end of this 12-month period, if you accumulate the required number of active metres.
5.3 When your status expires at the end of the 12-month status period, your status will be automatically upgraded, maintained, or downgraded based on the number of metres in your BRC account at the time.
5.4 The different statuses and the associated metre requirements are as follows:
Blue: If you have between 0 and 4999 active metres (collected in the past 12 months) your account status is Blue
Silver: If you have between 5000 and 9999 active metres your account status is SIlver
Gold: If you have collected 10000 active metres or more your account status is Gold.
6.1 If you upgrade your status, or maintain your status after 12 months, you will get the benefits that correspond with it.
6.2 Members must be logged in to their BRC account on our website to use their benefits. Benefits missed as a result of not being logged in will not be reissued.
6.3 The benefits of each status are:
Blue: 10% off full price clothing, $25 birthday voucher, access to pre-sale/exclusive offers.
Silver: 10% off full price clothing, $25 birthday voucher, access to pre-sale/exclusive offers, $50 voucher code upon qualification, one free return, free express shipping on orders over $250, and road tester consideration for new releases.
Gold: 10% off sitewide, $50 birthday voucher, access to pre-sale/exclusive offers, $100 voucher upon qualification, free returns on all orders, free express shipping on all orders, gift with the first purchase after qualifying, and further rewards. Additional benefits may be offered at Brooks discretion.
6.4 All birthday vouchers or bonuses will only be awarded a maximum of one (1) time per year and will be sent to the member’s registered email address. Birthday vouchers must be used within 28 days from the day the email is sent.
6.5 Status Upgrade vouchers and promotion codes will be sent to the member’s registered email address and must be used within 6 months from the day the email is sent by entering voucher and PIN, or promotion code at checkout.
6.6 Birthday bonus and the Upgrade to Silver bonus are applied across all items in the cart.
6.7 10% off full price clothing and 10% off sitewide offers are automatically applied at checkout and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified. If applied in conjunction with another offer, it will be applied after all other offers are applied and on the remaining amount per unit. As mentioned members need to be logged in to their BRC account to enjoy these benefits.
6.8 Shipping and Returns related rewards may only be available to Australian customers.
6.9 Birthday bonus, status upgrade vouchers and other BRC offer codes can be used only once and must not be shared with others. Benefits missed as a result of sharing them will not be reissued.
6.10 Only one voucher or voucher code can be used in a single transaction.
7.1 Members can opt out of receiving all Brooks marketing communications by clicking Manage Account on BRC emails or going to their BRC account on the website and unticking the 'Sign me up to Brooks email newsletter' box.
7.2 Members can opt out of receiving BRC communications such as but not limited to birthday voucher code emails, Status upgrade voucher code emails, other benefit-related emails, and welcome emails by contacting us on [email protected]
7.3 If a member opts out of receiving BRC communications, BRC may be unable to notify them of their benefits including vouchers, bonuses and more. Benefits missed as a result of this will not be reissued.
7.4 Members can contact us on [email protected] if they wish to delete or terminate their BRC account. All metres and order history information, etc may be lost if a BRC account is terminated.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
